Bob Gillespie - Chief Executive Officer

Bob has almost 20 years of technology, consulting and leadership experience. He believes that the ability to build great teams is the most important factor of success. By selecting the right people and providing direction and leadership, Bob believes that they can create industry changing companies, products and platforms. A technologist early in his career, he hasn’t forgotten the excitement of “building cool stuff” and leads with a combination of focus, drive and laughter. Rich Scamehorn - Chief Research Officer

Rich has over 15 years of marketing research experience, most recently leading the virtual research efforts at a major CPG Manufacturer, overseeing a staff responsible for the development of research applications using virtual simulation approaches. Rich also managed their Quantitative Analytics group and their controlled store testing area. He has spoken at several industry conferences about applying virtual simulations to marketing research. He is uniquely positioned to develop applications and products using these virtual simulations. He has extensive experience working with retailers in the grocery industry on the design of experiments regarding aspects of their shopping environment. Tracey Wiedmeyer - Chief Technology Officer

Tracey has over 10 years of IT experience in designing and building software systems. He was previously director of application development for a Milwaukee based Microsoft Gold Certified consulting company. His responsibilities included system architect and lead tech on client engagements and evaluating the latest technologies and programming tools. David Zabloudil - Chief Creative Officer

David has over 18 years of Design experience in bringing software and hardware products to market. He previously was principal of UpImage a design studio that specialized in creative digital content for software, virtual worlds, games, simulations, marketing media, and visualization for product design and architecture. He has taught 3D animation production at Columbia College for a number of years, and has taught 3D computer aided industrial design and animation at Institute of Design, IIT. Joe has nearly 20 years in planning, leading and executing complex projects involving information technology and operations. Joe is passionate about leveraging the best of technology and operations to create new ideas and channels. Over the course of his career, Joe served as an interim CIO to an HMO, managed investigations on ponzi schemes and money laundering, developed a hub and spoke model for the review and production of millions of documents, and recently migrated several projects to an operations center in India. When not working, Joe enjoys travelling, reading history books and cheering for the White Sox.
